    1

    Low Temperature Storage

    -30℃, 1 hr (Constant temperature)

    Test chamber has 0.3℃/min drop from room temperature to -30℃, maintain constant temperature for 1 hr. Remove two machines and put under room temperature to sustain 2 hr temperature restoration, followed by appearance and screen inspection for structure integrity. Then, apply power and perform signal test on TV/AV/VGA images and audios quality.

    Low Temperature Load

    -20℃, 2 hr (Constant temperature)

    Test chamber has 0.5℃/min increase from -30℃ to 20℃, maintain constant temperature for 2 hr. Maintain constant temperature and apply power, check if the machine can start and operate normally (continuously for 0.5 hr to pass).

    High Temperature Load

    60℃, 90% relative humidity, 2 hr (Constant temperature)

    Test chamber has 0.5℃/min increase from -20℃ to 60℃, maintain constant temperature for 2 hr. Maintain constant temperature and apply power and signal; the machine should be able to shut off normally, followed by checking appearance, screen, images and audios quality.

    High Temperature Storage

    70℃, 90% relative humidity, 1 hr (Constant temperature)

    Test chamber has 0.5℃/min increase from 60℃ to 70℃, maintain constant temperature for 1 hr. Check appearance, screen for integrity, followed by applying power and signal to verify TV/AV/VGA images and audios for quality.

    Storage Temperature

    90% (0℃->70℃->Room temperature)

    0℃->60℃->60℃->70℃->70℃->constant temperature (for positive temperature, the humidity should be 90%), remove the machine and put under room temperature for temperature restoration for 1 hr, followed by checking appearance, screen for structure integrity. Then, apply power and signal to verify TV/AV/VGA for image and audio quality.

    Cyclic Temperature

    Room temperature -> -30℃->70℃->Room Temperature, 90% relative humidity when temperature is positive

    constant temperature 30℃->30℃->20℃->20℃->60℃->60℃->70℃->70℃->constant temperature (for positive temperature, the humidity should be 90%), remove the machine and put under room temperature for temperature restoration for 1 hr, followed by checking appearance, screen for structure integrity. Then, apply power and signal to verify TV/AV/VGA for image and audio quality.

    Frequency: 10~55Hz
    Acceleration: 60 m/s2
    Direction: X, Y
    Time: 30 minutes
    Amplitude: 1.0 mm

    Place the machine on the top of the vibration bench, apply power to the vibration bench for testing:

    - Apply power to the machine under test for screen, image and audio quality during the vibration test;
    - Check appearance, screen, image and audio quality after stopping the vibration test.

  • IP64 Industrial Standards

     

    IP XX ,The first " X " indicates the level for contact protection and protection against external objects; the second " X " indicates the level for waterproof. IP64 indicates a contact protection level 6 withstanding dust under 20 millibar low pressure. Therefore, an enclosed cabinet built in compliance with the standard should not have dust penetration, and with level 4 waterproof against sprays from any direction, it should not be damaged.
